In Disconnected Hearts, two archetypes of different eras stand together in uneasy harmony. A classical figure, embodying centuries of artistic ideals, shares the same space as a character born from the visual culture of the digital age. Their closeness suggests connection; their silence suggests distance.

The work reflects on a time in which technology has transformed the way we encounter one another. As digital identities become extensions of the self, the boundaries between presence and absence, reality and representation, grow increasingly blurred.
